I got some feedback a while back from a user who answer the question here so everyone can read

1. Suggestion: Add team logo to poster.
2. This is easy, it's a feature in the software that just isn't documented
3. Choose the configuration button on the far right of the toolbar, and this window pops up
4. Fill in your details, and this information becomes the default for every poster.

1. Once added this logo and the information will be added to the footer of the Missing Person poster
